Select the type of user you want to register as:

Parent/Account Holder Mother Father Guardian Student

Enter the school/college reference number, account number, ID Number, Email Address and Cell Phone Number. Your school/college will supply the reference number and account number (the account number is also printed on your debtor statement).

Parent/Account Holder User

Reference Number

(reference number supplied by the school/college)

Account Number

(user id/account number/student number supplied by your school/college)

ID Number

(your identification number as per ID Book or Passport)

Email Address

(your email address supplied to school/college)

Cell number

(your cell phone number)

The subscriber (parent or guardian or student) credentials will be verified against the official school/college information.
If authentic, a temporary password to access the Scadsys web site will be emailed or SMS to the official email address/cell phone number provided to the school/college.
Users are requested to change the temporary password as a first priority when logged into the system.
Access to information is governed by the school/college and can change without notice.
The subscriber is responsible to keep the password secure at all times.
If password is forgotten, this registration process can be repeated.
