Completion and submission of our online application form does not guarantee a place at Steyn City Preparatory or College.
An interview and assessment process will be arranged after all required documentation has been received, and admission will be offered at Steyn City Preparatory & College's sole discretion,
in accordance with our admission process and policy. More information on our admission process and policy is available on our website.
An admission application fee of R450 (per prospective pupil) will be payable before an application may be processed, and is payable by EFT after submission of this online application form.
An application reference number will be automatically generated once this form has been submitted, and we ask that this application reference number be quoted as the payment reference
when paying the admission application fee. The admission application fee is non-refundable.
I/We acknowledge that by making application to Steyn City School, I/We consent to the School conducting whatever enquiries may be considered necessary to verify any
information given in this application, including confirming my/our credit rating with a national credit bureau, and contact with previous schools of my/ our child.
We will require certain documentation in order to process your application. This documentation may either be uploaded and submitted online with this application form (recommended), or may be forwarded to us
later at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please ensure that your application reference number (referred to above) is quoted on all emails to this address.
Should you wish to submit the required documentation to us now along with the online application form, we recommend that you ensure the documents listed below are available and saved in an appropriate format ready to upload, before commencing to complete our online admission application.
We will require copies of the following documentation, in respect of each pupil seeking admission:
Unabridged birth certificate
Last school report and academic transcript (where applicable)
Permanent / temporary residency permit or study visa for the relevant prospective pupil (in respect of foreign national pupils)
